Could my Doctor be wrong?

At 2 weeks one is technically not pregnant yet. Unless you mean 2 weeks after sex then you'd be closer to 3 / 4 weeks (week 3 is technically when implantation usually happens). Wait a couple more weeks then go to planned parent hood if your period hasn't shown up yet and test there (its free and it saves you from dealing with a disgruntled dr). Or if you do find out your pregnant, get another dr.
