Hair help, i need ideas?

the guy i am majorly crushing on just asked to hang out on saturday, we both race motocross and we're going to be spending the whole day at the track together riding i am really excited cause i like him alot, but my hair looks like crap when i ride because it's smushed all up in my helmet in a bun. plus i'm sweating and it's not a good combination lol but does anyone have any ideas? i have long brown hair i am thinking about leaving it down but i'm pretty sure it'll get all frizzy. i want to look cute but still be practical. if anybody could help i would really appreciate it. -thanks :)
