I think my coaches gave up on me?

First sounds like you are harder on yourself than anybody else. It could be that they just don't want to pick on you all the time. That too can be very discouraging. After you practice your forms go and ask after class if your teacher has a minute to look at your form and ask him for input. Ask him to give you two or three things to fix. Then go home fix the things he gave you and go back and get some more. Little by little they will see your effort and you will get better and better. Have patience. I would not assume that they gave up on you but you too will have to take corrections without getting frustrated because the last thing a teacher wants to do is frustrate a student. You forgot a lot in 2 years but things are what they are. You will have to accept that and make effort to correct this without beating yourself or your teachers over the head.
