Something very freaky and strange happened to me?

Basically this morning i was half awake when all of a sudden my body froze, my eyes were wide open then and i couldnt move a muscle at all, the more i tried to move the more pressure i felt, i felt so scared, the only thing i could see was my phone but i was feeling scared looking at my phone for some reason, and then when the pressure eased away i started sweating like hell. Wtf happened to me? Some people saying its some spirit comes to women alot but sometimes men, ( i dnt know if its true)
