Would you consider this as a workout to lose weight and get in shape?

All this is good, but two weeks is a short time. Best to have a longer range routine, like 3 or 4 times a week for as long as you live. Be sure to drink at least a liter of water per day. I use bottled water as there may be dangerous chemicals in the tap water. When I work out I carry at least two half liter bottles of water.
